technicians may void the Original Equipment Manufacturer
warranty. If the customer does not wish to risk having
their O.E.M. warranty voided, we will not be able to
perform any invasive hardware-related procedures that
would otherwise be necessary to diagnose, repair, and/or
upgrade the customer's computer, resulting in mandatory
service fees for time spent regardless if full service
was rendered or not.
