All phone calls and e-mail information we provide are
free of cost to return customers! After you tell us the
symptoms of your problem, we can give you a free estimate
of how much the repair is going to cost!

**Immediate-delivery parts
(parts that are delivered to the customer by a DorXtar
technician, but not installed by DorXtar) will be bought
on a per-order basis. These parts will not be subject to
a middle-man profit charge. We will bill you the exact
amount we paid for the part. We will not make any profit
from the sale of the hardware, instead we bill you the
transportation charge for delivery.
