If your computer problem proves to be too difficult even for our seasoned technicians, there is no charge to you. That is our guarantee of satisfaction. We'll even come back for free ($20 service coupon).

Transportation Charge
$20 for delivery or for unfinished service(job terminated by customer). If service cannot be completed by the technician, there is no charge to you.

20 minutes
$20 for on-site service up to 20 minutes or up to 20 minutes after the every hour of service, including telephone support for a year. The $20 transportation charge is included.

60 minutes
$40 for every full hour of on-site service over 20 minutes but up to 1 hour, with free telephone support for a year. The $20 transportation charge is included.

20 minutes over 1 hour (1 hour + 20 minutes)
$60 for on-site service over 1 hour but up to an extra 20 minutes, with free telephone support for a year. The $20 transportation charge is included.
